Pyhänselkä, Muhos
Metsähallitus owns two industrially zoned plots within the Muhos Biopark area. The site offers excellent logistics connections and is served by 400/110 kV and 220 kV transmission lines. The Pyhänselkä substation is also located nearby, as well as the Oulujoki river and its water resources.
Area description
Project Pyhänsivu consists of 42-hectare land plot located at Muhos, Pyhänselkä and 40 km from Oulu.
Land plot is located near by Google datacenter project area and next to railway with possibility for rail connection from the plot.
The detailed plan is ready. Building rights in the industry plot is 201 000 k-m2.
Existing grid connection capacity available c. 1000 MW with the closest 400 kV Fingrid substation (Pyhänselkä) located about 8 km away from the site.
