The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) program for the offshore part of the Ebba wind power project has been published, with the public consultation period ending on 9 April. Preliminary consultation with authorities for the onshore EIA program, as well as the first meeting of the cooperation group, will take place in April. An open public event will be held in Pyhäjoki in May.
Statements on both EIA programs are expected in summer. During the upcoming field season, surveys will be carried out within the project area both on land and at sea. The progress of the EIA process can be followed on the environmental administration’s project page (ymparisto.fi) in finnish.
